Nearly 2000 people participated in NYCUP events last year, most of them @ Feed 500 & Feed-a-Few. Come feed the homeless but more importantly talk about how this coming year we can grow that impact even more. Whether you’re one person or a big group, you’re welcome to come!
Who: You, me and all your friends
What-to-Bring: Please bring $5 donation and an open heart and mind. Leave the hard hearts and your own agenda at home. Also, bring a backpack or bag to carry lunches.
When: 10am. – 1pm.
What’s going to happen?
We will gather at Manhattan Bible Church and pack bagged lunches to go out to our neighbors who have less than we do. One lunch will be for you and one lunch will be for the person that you will meet. It is that simple.
Everyone will be divided into groups and sent out to cover as much of the city as we can. 4-6 people will stay on-site to feed those who will come to eat at the NYC Love Kitchen. Before everyone leaves, we will do a Feed-a-Few Workshop.
